It’s women who are “making waves and building businesses.”

Now Claire Masswohl, the Welland Heritage Council and Multicultural Centre’s executive director, says the organization is launching a program to help women reach their goals, regardless of where they come from.

“We’re the fastest-growing group of people who are doing that right now,” Masswohl said Monday evening while announcing the new program.  “We’re going to be the next economy.”
